Pam Lontos – President
An expert in publicity and media placement, Pam Lontos, MA, is the founder and president of PR/PR Public Relations. She is author of the popular books I See Your Name Everywhere: Leverage the Power of the Media to Grow Your Fame, Wealth and Success and Don’t Tell Me It’s Impossible Until After I’ve Already Done It. Pam has been recognized in her industry with the Irwin Award for Book Publicist of the Year as well as the George Morrisey Lifetime Achievement Award.
She is a former Vice President of Disney’s Shamrock Broadcasting, in charge of eight radio and two television stations. Pam was a professional speaker for 20 years and is a long-time member of the National Speakers Association. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a master’s degree in advertising and psychology, Pam has been in one form of sales or publicity for more than 25 years.
Pam has also earned the coveted Certified Speaking Professional designation from National Speakers Association, and has been featured on CNN, in the New York Times, Entrepreneur, Inc. Magazine and Cosmopolitan, and has appeared on programs with Zig Ziglar, Walter Cronkite, Tom Peters, and Brian Tracy.

Rick Dudnick – Vice President
Rick Dudnick has been working with Pam since 1988, first as Vice President of the speaking business, Lontos Sales & Motivation, Inc., then as co-founder and VP of PR/PR. His technical education and professional background has made him invaluable to the operation of the firm. He works extensively with clients and staff making sure that the varied elements involved in getting publicity run smoothly.

Russell Trahan – Agent & Events Manager
Russell Trahan has over 15 years in the public relations field. He started his career working with Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Business Associations coordinating their marketing, public relations, and event management. Gathering experience at a top 10 market radio station, Russell then returned to the non-profit sector. After a tenure with the Walt Disney Company, he joined PR/PR. Russell was educated at a liberal-arts college in Southern Oregon and attended the Institute for Organizational Management at Stanford University.
Martha Ciske brings program and technology management experience to PR/PR with a background in IT, technology law, Web/Web2.0 development, and international Internet and telecommunications regulation/standards. She is an honors graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University, earned her JD/MLA from the University of Richmond, and is pursuing her Advanced Project Management certification at Stanford University. Martha is the past Technical Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law & Technology, and has published professional and institutional works on various subjects including the DMCA, Agricultural Biotechnology in US/EU Trade, IPv4-IPv6 Transition, Next Generation Networks and other emerging web/telecommunications technologies.

Amanda Tucker
Amanda Tucker is a graduate of the University of South Florida with an extensive academic PR background. While working toward her degree in public relations, she gained a variety of experiences working at the USF Sun Dome writing press releases, publicizing events and updating media lists. In addition, she worked as the Director of Finances for the Public Relations Student Society of America, and helped plan and publicize USF’s Annual Take Back the Night event.
